Job Title EIC Intern - Commercial Leasing, Singapore Job Description Summary Job Description We’re looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our commercial leasing team in Singapore. You’ll work closely with the commercial leasing team to support marketing, data tracking, tenant outreach, and market research — gaining hands-on exposure to the fast-moving world of commercial leasing.    Key Responsibilities Conduct market research and manage data collection through online sources, phone interviews, site inspections, and proprietary databases. Participate in site visits and update project information. Review property listings, trade journals, and industry reports to track market activity and trends. Assist in preparing marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations. Support property tours, client meetings, and leasing-related activities. Maintain and update property databases and client records. Undertake administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects.   About You: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).   Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
