Job Title Marketing Manager Job Description Summary The Marketing & Communications Manager will support Cushman & Wakefield’s Philippine operations, with a focus on the business units Project & Development Services (PDS), Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), and Tenant Advisory Group (TAG). This role under Corporate Functions is responsible for driving both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with global brand standards. Job Description About the role: Branding & Positioning: Promote and enhance Cushman & Wakefield’s brand presence in the Philippines through strategic campaigns, content, and visual identity. Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies across multiple channels to engage employees, clients, and stakeholders. Events & Campaigns: Plan, manage, and deliver corporate events, client engagements, and marketing initiatives that strengthen market visibility. Collaboration: Partner with business leaders in PDS, IFM, and TAG to support business growth objectives through tailored marketing and communications support. Content Development: Create impactful materials including press releases, presentations, digital content, and thought leadership pieces.
