Job Title Quality Review & Reporting Analyst Job Description Summary Job Description Other professional qualifications required for filling the position: BSC/MSC degree is required No relevant work experience is required Data processing experience in international environment is an advantage Work experience on real estate field is an advantage Foreign language skills required for filling the position: English language intermediate Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage Required skills for filling the position: Strong IT literacy Intermediate MS Office Very good written and verbal communication skills Very good problem-solving skills Very good analytical mindset Able to work independently and in a team Strong work ethic Flexibility during times of change Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Proactive, enthusiastic and willing to learn Responsibilities of the jobholder: Comply with all Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls Delivering the contracted service level Regular tasks: Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver: Comparing Abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation Production of database reports Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other team members in their workload Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relating their job INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
