Job Title Sales Administration Lead Job Description Summary As a key member of the Global Occupier Services (GOS) sales operations function, the Sales Administration Lead supports the end‑to‑end sales process across the EMEA and APAC regions. Working closely with Sales Leads, Proposal Managers, and cross‑functional teams, this role ensures the smooth coordination, tracking, and administration of sales activities from initial lead through to proposal submission and handover. The Sales Administration Lead is responsible for maintaining Salesforce accuracy, running structured sales pipeline meetings, supporting sales communications, and enabling operational efficiency across the sales lifecycle. This role requires strong organizational capability, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting a fast‑paced, multi‑regional sales environment. Job Description About the Role: Sales Process Coordination: Manage end‑to‑end sales administration across EMEA and APAC by coordinating with sales stakeholders, maintaining accurate Salesforce and pipeline data, and ensuring opportunities progress in line with governance and compliance requirements. Sales Meeting Management: Organize and lead recurring sales meetings by preparing agendas and materials, consolidating updates, tracking actions, and delivering dashboards and summaries that enable effective follow‑through and informed decision‑making. Operational Support for Sales & Proposal Teams: Develop and manage internal sales communications and enablement by creating aligned messaging, maintaining sales collateral and resources, and collaborating with marketing and proposal teams to ensure brand‑consistent, effective materials. Systems & Reporting: Act as a regional Salesforce super‑user by driving adoption through training and support, delivering insightful sales reporting and analytics, and identifying continuous improvements to processes, workflows, and system usage across EMEA and APAC. Cross Regional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong cross‑regional relationships with sales, proposal, marketing, finance, and operations teams while contributing to knowledge sharing, best‑practice initiatives, and global sales operations projects. About You: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales administrations, sales operations or a similar commercial support role. Demonstrated experience supporting end-to-end sales processes in a regional or global environment. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and pipelining management. Experience coordinating sales meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communications.
