Alfa Laval Marine Separation and Fuel Supply Systems is looking for a   Regional Business Manager, Fuel Supply Systems Who you are: Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Personal drive and strong commitment to achieve assigned goals Open mind Excellent communication capabilities Flexible, customer driven, target oriented mindset Ability to motivate others Ability to build and maintain relationships About the job: In your role you will: Be responsible for the Fuel Supply System business in the assigned area Build and maintain relationships with the Sales Company within your region, driving business in short and long term Support Sales Company to develop strategic, tactical and/or operative plans Define pricing strategy together with Sales Company Secure development of tools required for Sales Company Give commercial support to Sales Company in quotation process Collect information regarding markets and competitors Support for adequate training and manage day-to-day Be available to travel for 50-80 days/year What you know:  Priority will be given to: Study in mechanical, power or naval engineering Very good spoken and written English (C1 - C2) Understand the basics in the fuel conditioning process on board vessels Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Marine, Oil&Gas or Process industry Advanced knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Practicalities The RBM will be based in Shanghai offices, reporting to the team leader/Senior RBM in Shanghai. We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
