Job Title EHS & Security Officer (Ho Chi Minh City) Job Description Summary Support the implementation of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and workplace security standards within a corporate banking environment. This role is suitable for early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience in safety, compliance, and workplace operations, with on-the-job training provided. Job Description About the Role: Support day-to-day EHS activities, including safety inspections, audits, incident reporting, and compliance with local regulations and client standards. Assist in coordinating workplace security activities such as access control, CCTV monitoring, and vendor coordination, in line with established procedures. Support emergency preparedness activities, including drills, training coordination, and basic incident response documentation. Maintain EHS records, reports, and data (e.g. incidents, near misses, training logs) and assist in preparing periodic safety reports. Provide basic technical or electrical backup support during technician absences (e.g. simple checks, coordination, escalation), with guidance and training provided. About You: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Facilities, or a related field. Ideally having minimum 1-2 years of experience in EHS or facilities exposure, with a strong interest in workplace safety, compliance, and risk management. Basic technical or electrical knowledge & experience is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
