This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing accounting processes, and contributing to strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international accounting principles, a thorough understanding of financial regulations, and experience in leading teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations and tax regulations Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow statements Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Prepare accurate reports and ensure submission timely to the statistical bureau, to the banks and other instances according to law and local requirements Collaborate and collaborate tasks with banks Coordinate and support internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit queries Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts, including bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, stock and assets management Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and prepare tax filings Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting or finance roles in international companies Strong knowledge of International Accounting Principles and financial reporting Audit background or CPA certification (SMM-Mali Musavir) preferable Experience with accounting software, preferably with iScala Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in tax preparation and regulatory compliance Fluency in Turkish and English What You Can Expect: Join a dynamic and inspiring role that encourages both personal and professional growth, while recognizing and celebrating your achievements.
