Prepare the simulation files for SRU/TGU catalyst using Hysys. Prepare the simulation files for HPC using in-house tool. Prepare the technical proposal to meet the customers’ RFQ requirements. Provide on-site service for catalyst and adsorbent loading and start-up Support business manager on technical inquires. Resolve technical issues quickly and effectively at customer site or remotely. Develop technical services plan and execute the plan to meet customer expectation and demand. Carry out on-site excellent technical services and adhere to best practices standard. Prepare the Technical Service Visit Report  Prepare various technical reports and presentations (internal and customer) and assures consistent communications. Work with other functions to develop value-added services relative to technical services REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering or Chemistry Minimum 3 years of experience in related industrials e.g. Oil refining and Petrochemical Comprehensive knowledge of Chemical Engineering Comprehensive knowledge of refining and petrochemical plant In-depth Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills Your Application   To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our  careers  portal .
