It starts with YOU   In this role, you will: Drive continuous improvement and excellence in key KPIs like Machine stops, Machine waste, Total Waste, unplanned downtime and consumer complaints by doing following - ·        Develop and implement operations practices for asset care as well as autonomous, predictive and preventive maintenance program. ·        Drive Centerlining, process change management. ·        Drive and implement best practices and Kaizens, QCO initiatives. ·        Lead new product development, RSR, MSR for the plant. ·        Identify and implement solutions for repeated QNCs, consumer complaints.    ·        Capability building of team for Process skills, conduct simple problem solving and RCA About Us Huggies®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:   Key Qualifications and Experiences:  ·        Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. ·        5-10 years of experience in manufacturing. ·        TPM proficiency and experience. ·        Detailed knowledge of mechanical & process. ·        Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. ·        Strong analytical skills to evaluate root cause analysis, thoroughness and problem solving skills; ability to collaborate and influence based on data.   To Be Considered Click the Apply button and complete the online application process.
