It starts with YOU.  Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Lead customer strategy, shopper management and in-market excellence for Asia. Partner with commercial teams to drive category growth and profitability. Deliver regional shopper insights, growth drivers and category story toolkit. Define PiCoS and roll-out Perfect Store program for Asia. Accountable for elevation of cluster In-market execution across DPSM and CRISP scorecards. Lead tracking, improvement and capability initiatives. Define Asia partnership model with customers, lead JBPs with Asia strategic accounts. Proven leadership in regional or global roles with cross-functional team management. Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.
