It starts with YOU.  Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Process Purchase Orders upon receipt from customers into system , ensuring right pricing set-up and   timely   invoicing to customers   Track and   monitor   Accounts Receivables from Customers prior to shipment,   maintain   Statement of Accounts for each   customers   on weekly basis.    Update SAP system for portfolio changes – SKU Codes,   Descriptions   and customer mapping   Monitor inventory levels and manage stock allocation for export orders.   Prepare and   maintain   export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.   Plan, Coordinate and Execute shipments according to targeted schedules with acceptable service levels   Consolidate   and update shipments tracker to reflect real-time actualized data.    Support data collection from marketing or other cross-functional teams based on   a   case-by-case basis.    About Us Huggies®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Essential requirements 1-3 years of sales operations/supply chain operations experience preferably in FMCG industry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in SAP and Excel and comfortable working with reporting tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
