Support production with process and industrial engineering, tools and fixtures, documentation. About the job： Be responsible for: Ensure MOP, SOP are available for production on time and with required content and quality for GAS products. Prepare the production drawings package and release to workshop. Ensure best process hours are maintained in Master BOM and support production to achieve or consume less hour during execution. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of GAS products Develop lifting plan as part of workshop documentation package. Develop process for tool and fixture design and improvement. Support production optimize processes based on ALPS and LSS tools. As the FCC for GAS products be the entry door of the BU in the factory. Provide supports to outsourcing. To perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager What you know： Competencies / Profile: Be a good communicator. Be systematic and organized. Be persistent and thorough. Have good technical insight. Be service minded. Have a good basic understanding of manufacturing methodologies. Good understanding of lean tools Qualifications & experience: Mechanical/industrial engineer Good English skills Good computer skills Experience in making standard hours in international company. 5 + years working in similar position in similar industry We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
