Shift: various start times-various end times Hourly Rate: $23.17 an hour Conagra Brands offers: Wages starting at $23.17 per hour plus shift differential & $3.50/hr attendance bonus Medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage available Up to 10 paid Holidays per year Eligible vacation after 30 pay checks 401K Employee Assistance Program Company Store Position Responsibilities You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor on site at the Marshall, MO facility Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, and test parts/components on plant & production equipment Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order You will inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts, and make necessary adjustments to ensure production operation Use manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment Use hand and power tools to remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, and test parts/equipment on plant and production equipment Perform electrical and pneumatic work on production machines Welding, electrical and fabrication experience You may work seven days a week and extended shift schedules Position Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years progressive mechanic experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Vocational tech training in machine maintenance Carry and push/pull up to 100 pounds Read and write English for completion of production/quality documents.
