The Customer Development Associate (CDA) is an accelerated developmental role. The CDA will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs. In addition, the CDA will gain experience and exposure to business development. In this role, you will: Develop a trusted relationship with key stakeholders, customer and executive sponsors  Maintain and enhance open communication channels with internal departments and customers  Provide timely response to team requests and correspondence with a flexible, results-based approach to resolving issues and determining next steps  Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives  Inventory and sales forecasting for assigned customers  Clearly communicate the progress of projects and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders  Identify opportunities for process and sales improvements and collaborate with others to execute  Contribute, when required, in situations, projects, and activities not included in other principal accountabilities to assist in the accomplishment of business objectives  Contribute to the achievement of business and personal objectives by seeking and responding to performance and development feedback  Management of company portfolio on customer ecommerce platforms, collaborating with team members and cross-functional teams as necessary  About Us Huggies®. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
