Our consultants create the future standards of their core business processes.     Job Description Summary   Solution Architect acts as a member of on-site/remote project teams. Uses in-depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs. Understands how the BY solutions can support customer business.   Job Description   As a Solution Architect you will be:    Leading implementation of Blu e Yonder products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design   Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases   Providing leadership to functional team s during implementation cycle s   Serv ing as a functional and industry expert and participat ing in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users   Wor king closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements   Providing  mentorship to junior associates within the Blue Yonder organization   Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles    Knowledge and Skills we are looking for:   Essential:   + 8  years of industry experience in Supply Chain /Retail industry ( e.g. Softline, Grocery,  Wholesale ,   FMCG , CPG , etc.)   Very good understanding C ategory /Range /Display M anagement and A ssortment concepts for retail   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   Strong communication and presentation skills    Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications ( BlueYonder /i2/ Manugistics /JDA, SAP APO, Kinaxis, Infor, Logility , o9, Quintiq, or similar planning solution )   Business level fluency i n English , both spoken and written   Ability and willingness to travel across Europe is required     Right to live and work in the European Union   Desirable:   Fluency in additional European languages (German or French) appreciated   Machine Learning & Data Science concept familiarity   Experience in supply chain software implementation     Knowledge of agile methodologies and project approaches   Python and SQL elementary skills     Blue Yonder offers:   Highly competitive salary and benefits package   Highly professional environment of top international industry experts   Chance to deal with the best-in-class Category Management and Assortment solutions and work on-site with the most prestigious and advanced companies in the world   Strong investment in employee skills development (first 2-6 months are purely training-focused with highly experienced mentor)    Excellent development abilities and further growth potential   Clear independence and empowerment   Permanent job contract   Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
