You’ll apply basic Scrum principles and concepts to resolve routine problems. You’ll strengthen sustainable process improvements to help your team accomplish its goals. In this role, you’ll directly impact aviation operations by updating air traffic management systems. This is an opportunity to grow your experience in system development while developing and contributing to a variety of project solutions that will improve airspace operations. You Have:   Experience with Agile software development and the SAFe model Knowledge of Scrum Master roles and responsibilities Knowledge of software development and Cloud capabilities Ability to lead a Scrum team and Scrum of Scrums and train the team on Agile Scrum concepts Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have:   Experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems and processes and National Airspace System (NAS) operations Scrum Master Certification Vetting : Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
