Job Title Facility Coordinator (Client Site) Job Description Summary 고객과 직접 접점이 있는 Facilities Management(FM) 팀의 핵심 구성원으로서 안전하고 쾌적하며 법규를 준수하는 업무 환경을 유지하도록 지원합니다. 본 역할은 FM 운영 전반의 행정 지원, 공급업체 관리, 고객 커뮤니케이션 및 문서 관리 등 다양한 영역에서 팀의 원활한 서비스 제공을 보조합니다. Job Description About the Role: 민원 접수 및 관리 – 전국 7개 지역본부(강남, 강북, 강동, 강서, 충부, 충호, 영남)의 민원 접수 및 배부, 접수대장 관리 및 Client 보고 Famis360 시스템 및 WO(Work Order) 관리 – 계정 생성, WO 발행 및 상태 관리, 공사건 처리 추적 정기점검 및 시설 유지보수 – 소유사옥/지점 PPM, UPS·항온항습기 점검, GEMS 보고, 비품 관리 및 유지보수 기안 진행 관련 법규 및 회사 정책 준수를 위한 시설 운영 지원 안전하고 건강한 업무 환경 유지 및 정기 점검 보조 위험요소, 사고 및 비상상황 발생 시 신속한 대응 지원 일상 유지보수 및 계획 정비 관련 업무 지원 벤더 및 공급업체 계약, 관리, 성과 모니터링 보조 시설 관련 예산 수립, 집행 및 비용 보고 지원 (OPEX/CAPEX) 작업지시서(Work Order), 구매요청(PR), 발주(PO) 및 결제 프로세스 지원 시설 관련 문서, 도면, 매뉴얼 등 자료의 체계적 관리 고객 만족도 향상을 위한 커뮤니케이션 및 서비스 품질 관리 기타 FM 운영 관련 업무 지원 About You: 시설관리, 빌딩 운영 또는 유관 분야 경력자 우대 고객 응대 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 우수자 다중 업무 수행 및 이해관계자 관리 능력 보유자 기본적인 MS Office 및 시설관리 시스템(FMIS 등) 활용 가능자 Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
