Evonik Logistics Services bietet logistische Dienstleistungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette ihrer Auftraggeber, angefangen beim Rohstoffeingang bis zum Versand des Produkts.  Hier erfahren Sie mehr über Evonik direkt von unseren Mitarbeitern: https://careers.evonik.com/de/ueber-uns/das-sind-wir/ Verantwortlichkeiten Fachliche Mitarbeiterführung des Teams im Logistik Leitstand als zentrale Planungseinheit im Tagesgeschäft Abstimmung und Einteilung der operativen Tätigkeiten (Tanklager-, Stückgutversand) Erste Kontaktperson für die Chemiebetriebe bei Aufträgen und Anfragen Durchführung von verschiedenen Buchungen (Warenbewegungen, Bestellungen, etc.) innerhalb des SAP-Systems Erstellung versandrelevanter Dokumente für die Versandabfertigung, inklusive Export- und Gefahrgutdokumente sowie Koordination der Ladeslots Durchführung und Koordination der monatlichen Abrechnung für betriebsinterne Kunden Eskalationsmanagement bei Rohstoffknappheit oder Abweichungen Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännisch logistische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung im relevanten Berufsfeld Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Logistikumfeld, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie Fundierte Kenntnisse über Ladungssicherungsvorschriften sowie über Gefahrstoff- und Gefahrgutverordnungen und Gefahrguttransporte nach ADR, IMDG, IATA Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (ERP, WM- und EWM-System) Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen Eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Your Application   To ensure that your application is proceeded as quickly as possible and to protect the environment, please apply online via our  careers  portal .
