Reporting to the Environmental, Health and Safety Manager at our Council Bluffs manufacturing facility, local producers of Marie Callendar, Healthy Choice, Banquet products and more, you will support the plant's Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability programs by integrating safety and environmental practices into daily operations. You will manage plant-level EHS projects, training, and compliance programs, working with teams such as Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality. What Affect Will You Have on our Business? Collaborate with your team and subject matter experts to design and implement plant-specific EHS programs. Support project planning and execution for EHS programs, ensuring understanding of plant goals and implementation. Support the development and rollout of standardized safety programs tailored to plant operations. Coordinate internal EHS audits, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking corrective actions to closure. Support emergency preparedness programs, including evacuation drills and severe weather response plans. Develop and deliver EHS training content for plant personnel. Maintain and report important safety and environmental metrics (weekly, monthly, annually) to plant leadership. Be a resource for continuous improvement in safety culture and regulatory compliance. Do You Have What it Takes? Bachelor's degree (Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or other related field). Experience leading teams 2+ years of experience in project management or EHS roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Experience presenting training and reports to leadership. Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory standards Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates #LI-onsite #LI-JC1 #LI-Associate Compensation:   Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
