Reporting to the Brand Finance Manager, you will perform moderately complex financial analysis for your assigned area and present actionable recommendations to management. You will identify and investigate issues related to assigned projects while partnering with business teams to drive financial insights. Your work will include monthly forecasting, annual operating plan and strategic planning, metrics and scorecard development, and period close activities. Your Impact Partner with designated functions on accounting and finance questions, assessing needs and resolving risks and opportunities. Participate in preparing and compiling the annual operating plan and strategic plan for assigned components of the P&L and related balance sheet accounts. Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate updates with clear, forward-looking commentary and guidance on potential risks. Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and resolution of unusual items. Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and models for requests such as product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing. Lead project work across multiple financial disciplines, including FP&A, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments. Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned functions. Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports. Participate in various finance-wide projects based on organizational needs. Your Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related degree required. 2+ years of professional business and financial experience. Experience in P&L management and knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts. Proven experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, and formulas such as IF, OR, AND, SUMIF/SUMIFS. Experience with SAP BPC or similar financial software tools. Number of Days in Office: 3 #LI-Hybrid #LI-GS1 #LI-Associate Compensation:   Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
