Position Summary: Conagra Brands is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at our Darien, WI facility, where safety, wellness, and employee care are central to our operations. This role is responsible for delivering professional nursing services, conducting health assessments, and supporting proactive health and safety initiatives. The RN will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a healthy work environment and will report directly to the Plant Safety Manager. Position Responsibilities: Deliver occupational health services under physician standing orders Provide first aid, emergency care, and stabilization for injured/ill employees Administer medications per standing orders and physician directives Conduct health assessments (post-hire, injury/illness, respirator/HazMat, drug/alcohol testing) Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company policies Collaborate with safety, HR, and production teams to support employee health Assist with workers' compensation case documentation and follow-up Promote wellness through education, training, and health initiatives Monitor compliance with modified duty job requirements through daily walk-throughs Order and manage health services supplies and personal protective equipment Prepare and maintain OSHA records and medical statistical reports Support workplace health promotion and employee wellness programs Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards Position Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain) Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency care, or workplace wellness CPR/First Aid certification required #LI-Onsite #LI-Associate #LI-BC1 Compensation:   Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
