Program Manager The Opportunity: As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. The world can’t wait.  You Have:  Experience managing large technical contracts of 100+ FTE, including timely performance, compliance, accuracy, and completeness across multiple workstreams and project teams Experience executing Agile met hodologies, including SAFe Experience in a flexible environment, interacting with IT executives, business product owners, developers, and functional managers Experience using Atlassian and Micro sof t Office products to manage projects and staff Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution Ability to manage multiple projects, including planning and organization, decision making, problem solving, work delegation, and employee development Top Secret clearance  Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles, or 14+ years of experience performing in program and project management roles in lieu of degree SAFe Certification Nice If You Have:  Experience managing vendors, including subcontractor management Experience supporting large innovation and integration platforms Knowledge of Cloud technologies and infrastructure Master’s degree Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Top Secret clearance is required.   Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
