It starts with YOU.  Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Account Management & Business Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms Drive business growth through effective negotiation, promotional planning, and category management. Identify new opportunities to expand market share and optimize sales performance. Sales & Performance Optimization Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Monitor and analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitor activities to drive data-driven decision-making. Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives. Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with e-commerce partners. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements for future activations. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination Work with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely replenishment of inventory. Monitor stock levels and resolve potential supply chain issues to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations. Campaign & Promotion Management Plan and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with e-commerce partners. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and digital marketing efforts to maximize conversion rates. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and implement improvements for future activations. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Essential requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of Ecommerce experience will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, online marketplace dynamics, and digital marketing strategies. Proven track record in driving e-commerce sales and managing high-value accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical skills (strong experience with Excel analysis necessary. Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
