Project Analyst The Opportunity: Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Plan, organize, direct, control, and deliver all projects prioritized in alignment with the client’s expectations and business needs. Work on the ongoing process and system capabilities asso cia ted with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Direct the activities of consult ants, analyst spe cia lists, and sub-contractors and ensure appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Prepare work to be reviewed regularly by the supervisor or more senior peers. You Have: Experience with general project status report generation Knowledge of project finan cia l controls Knowledge of Micro sof t Windows applications Ability to adhere to deadlines, produce routine deliverables, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and finan cia l issues with a team Ability to learn and teach fundamentals for the support of program management activities Ability to resp ond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend finan cia l implications of the business Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Asso cia te's degree Nice If You Have: Experience as a finan cia l project analyst Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $43,700.00 to $90,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
