We are seeking a high-ownership Lead to join our Sales Compensation team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Xactly incentive compensation system for our global sales-eligible employees. Your mission is to ensure that our compensation plans are executed with 100% accuracy, providing a seamless "lead-to-pay" experience for the sales organization. In this role, you will work closely with global business owners in HR, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Business Intelligence to ensure the proper plan design, calculation, and delivery of sales commissions. Key Responsibilities Xactly & Salesforce Administration:   Support the day-to-day administration of sales compensation within   Xactly . Manage plan setups, quota shifts, and user profiles, ensuring data flows correctly from   Salesforce . Global Payout Management:   Support the global quarterly commission payout process. This includes validating data for accuracy and managing the approval workflow to ensure employees are paid on time. Process Improvement:   Identify operational risks and drive process improvements in compensation and quota management to increase the scalability of our program tools. UAT & System Testing:   Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all system updates, new plan launches, and process enhancements to ensure technical requirements meet business needs. Stakeholder Collaboration:   Partner with internal teams (HR, Tax, Legal, Revenue) to ensure all compensation methodologies, policies, and procedures are followed and maintained in production. Specialized Workflows Dispute Management & Resolution Inquiry Ownership:   Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps and managers regarding commission discrepancies, crediting issues, and payout questions. Root Cause Analysis:   Research and resolve complex disputes by auditing data across Salesforce and Xactly to determine if issues stem from data entry, system logic, or plan interpretation. SLA Compliance:   Manage the dispute queue to ensure all inquiries are acknowledged and resolved within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communication:   Clearly communicate resolution findings to the sales force, providing education on plan mechanics where necessary to prevent future disputes. Manual Adjustment Workflow Adjustment Processing:   Execute manual adjustments (e.g., true-ups, draws, or one-time SPIFFs) within Xactly that fall outside of automated system logic. Documentation & Audit Trail:   Maintain meticulous records and supporting documentation for every adjustment to ensure "audit-ready" compliance with SOX and internal finance controls. Validation:   Verify the accuracy of revenue adjustments and manual credit overrides before they are committed to the final payroll file. Required Qualifications Experience:   5+ years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, or financial analyst roles. System Expertise:   Proven experience using   Xactly   for incentive compensation management. Salesforce Proficiency:   Familiarity with   Salesforce   data structures and how they impact commission crediting and calculations. Analytical Skills:   Advanced   Excel   skills (modeling, nested formulas, pivot tables) for data validation and reporting. Ownership:   A proven track record for "rolling up your sleeves," maintaining a high level of accountability, and delivering best-in-class support to internal customers. Communication:   Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex compensation structures to technical and non-technical teams. Preferred Skills Xactly Level 1 Certification. Experience in a global environment managing multiple currencies and local pay regulations. Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
