As a Senior Java Developer, you will lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions, mentor junior engineers, and ensure technical implementation through robust testing. Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Technical Implementation & Development Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Develop software using strict development processes, adhering to team standards and procedures. Create, review, and maintain user documentation to ensure supportability and reuse. Quality & Testing Ensure software quality through effective testing strategies and frameworks. Collaborate with QA teams to implement automated testing and maintain high code quality. Support Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior driven development (BDD) practices. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and support junior engineers, working with scrum master’s and management to deliver larger developments. Review work of peers and junior developers, providing constructive feedback. Participate in project planning sessions, offering design options and work estimates. Actively chip in in the team meetings and provide timely status updates. Support & Continuous Improvement Provide technical support to operations and other development teams. Assist with problem resolution workflows and suggest improvements to prevent recurring issues Essential Skills Work experiance in AWS services Proficient in Spring Framework and Spring Boot. Experience with Docker and containerized services. Familiarity with Terraform scripts and ElasticSearch.  Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficient in Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in Agile development environments.
