ROLE PROFILE:   We have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Application Service Engineer within the London Stock Exchange Group – we’re looking for proven Oracle Fusion Functional/Technical Engineers with experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP services and related operational processes.   ROLE SUMMARY: To provide service management and application support engineering services for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and technology processes for the Finance business at LSEG. This role requires a good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud, and other integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions, and how these are used to ensure interoperability between the ERP platform and other software applications within a sophisticated technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate needs to have a solid background in Oracle Fusion support, service management in large financial services organisations and have good working knowledge of the ITIL Framework and associated processes. We are looking for an experienced individual with previous experience in Fusion implementation, E2E application lifecycle management, including incident, problem and organizational change, service transition, stakeholder management and reporting, and OLA/SLA identification and monitoring. In addition, you will closely work with transformation colleagues to facilitate the transition of new services and processes to production as part of the strategic Beacon programme.   WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Support business usage of the Oracle Fusion platform. Provide technical support to ensure that critical processes, business achievements and SLAs are delivered on-time. At least 2 Oracle E2E implementation experience  Provide incident management services to Finance business users. Ensure that response and resolution SLAs are met and any ticket critical issues are handled efficiently, all through the Service Now system. Use ITIL framework to provide consistent, efficient and stable services to the Finance partners and users. Ensure that change and problem management processes are followed correctly, using Service Now. Develop relationships with key partners in Finance and Engineering teams to ensure that daily business work are met on-time and any issues / challenges are highlighted and recorded correctly. Support and maintain the data collation and reporting processes and applications to ensure accurate and timely availability of data for decision-making processes. Monitor and analyse the performance of the current state of technical processes to identify areas for improvement, implement upgrades, and solve any issues to minimize interruption to business. Train and support end-users on support model processes, providing guidance on service management procedures Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to lead system integrations and data collaborate with other business applications. Highlight issues using service management processes. Contribute to Continual Service Improvement through identification of process, service and performance improvements and automation opportunities   YOU'LL BRING: 8 to 10 years relevant experience in the implementation of Oracle Financials with at least 6+ years' experience on Oracle Fusion Functional and configuration knowledge in Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Asset accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, AGIS, Tax Engine, Financial accounting Hub and Cloud reporting tools. Solid understanding of database structure for ERP/Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Solid background in IT application support management or IT service management in large financial services organisations. Previous experience in E2E BAU lifecycle management, including incident, problem & organizational change, knowledge and service transition, stakeholder management and reporting, OLA/SLA identification and monitoring, and managing teams to deliver the E2E business and technology outcomes Excellent analytical, problem-solving and solve skills to identify and resolve application issues Ensuring effective partner engagement, through good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work multi-functionally multi-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field Preferred Qualifications:   Global experience – working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously Experience in banking or financial services organisations ITIL Foundation certification or strong working knowledge if ITIL framework and its processes.
