1. Primary Responsibilities Client Engagement and Relationship Building Act as a trusted advisor to trading clients in Korea, ensuring they gain maximum value from LSEG solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and end-users through regular engagement, onsite visits, and strategic reviews. Customer Success Planning Develop and execute customer success plans for trading accounts, focusing on adoption, integration, and expansion of LSEG solutions into daily workflows. Retention and Growth Monitor customer health and usage metrics, identify risks, and implement strategies to drive retention and uncover growth opportunities. Training and Enablement Deliver tailored workflow-based training sessions and product demonstrations to help clients optimize their use of LSEG platforms. Voice of the Customer Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams to influence product development and improve service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Market Development, and Product teams to align client needs with LSEG’s roadmap and ensure a seamless customer experience. 2. Required Skills and Experience Experience 3–5 years in customer success, account management, or trading-related roles within financial services. Familiarity with trading workflows and market practices in Korea. Skills Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and technical users. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and identify trends. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field. Proficiency in Korean and English (written and spoken). Preferred Knowledge of FX, fixed income, or electronic trading platforms. Experience with customer onboarding and workflow integration.
