Ensures all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions. Trains, develops and evaluates payroll team members. Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Acts as subject matter expert for payroll legislation and taxes in all countries they manage. Reconciles complex payroll matters using advanced excel skills, formulas and macros. Reconciles and signs off on payroll completion for countries they manage.
