About the role: As Implementation-Conversion Analyst Specialist, you will develop and support Core banking applications, troubleshoot issues reported in the platform. This will also include interacting with Service delivery and technical product groups to assist in supporting the changes to the software. We are looking for an engineer who has a strong sense of ownership and drive. About the team: This role is part of the Core Banking engineering team, which develops and supports the web applications as part of larger core banking platform. Team is following Value Stream Mapping model and works closely with Product organization to deliver application code into scalable, fault-tolerant production outputs. Also closely works with Service delivery team for any implementations. What You Will Be Doing Kick off the IBS Teller project and share relevant documents Build their test and production bank Conduct the client DEMO for the bank staff on teller controls and overall functionality of Teller and Bank controls Help setting up their printers/hardware related to teller applications. Build checks and receipts in the bank environment Configure system per banks requirements Regular update to all stakeholders, performing testing and assist client in UAT testing. Participate and Drive the GoLive activities, postproduction support and handover. Good Presentation, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
