Job Title: Service Governance Manager Location: Bengaluru About the Role Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building resilient technology services? What You’ll Do Service Performance and Governance Lead Service Governance: Own governance for service performance, ensuring robust post-incident reviews and actionable insights. Drive Continuous Improvement: Champion root cause analysis and implement service enhancements that boost resilience and reliability. Manage Critical Incidents: Oversee major incidents and near-misses, applying lessons learned to prevent recurrence. Spot Trends & Innovate: Identify patterns, propose service improvement programs, and secure sponsorship to deliver impactful change. Collaborate Across Domains: Share best practices and embed governance principles across teams and processes. Partner for Excellence: Work closely with process owners (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Capacity) to refine and optimize workflows. Ensure Compliance: Proactively manage technology and security policy adherence, highlighting risks and closing gaps. What We’re Looking For Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and governance frameworks. Hands-on experience in problem management, incident handling, and service reporting. Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
