If you want to advance the world of fintech, we’d like to ask you: Are you FIS?   About the role:   As a Senior Technology Business Consultant (Reporting & BI), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping performance, reporting, and data visualisation across a large and diverse estates portfolio. You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of reporting and BI solutions for both internal stakeholders and external clients — helping senior leaders make informed, high-impact decisions.   What you will be doing:  Design, develop, and optimise interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with scalability, governance, and performance in mind Connect, clean, and model complex datasets from multiple sources Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications Manage report publishing, workspace organisation, and version control Recommend enhancements, participate in code reviews, and champion best practices Own and evolve the Power BI reporting suite Define KPIs with business leaders and deliver insights that drive performance Maintain robust data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks Present insights clearly to non-technical and client audiences Partner with global delivery teams to maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting assets What you will need:     Several years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, and M language), data modelling, and transformation Proficiency with SQL and relational databases Familiarity with Azure, SharePoint, and Microsoft Fabric workloads Strong communication skills — both verbal and written Proven ability to navigate large, complex IT environments A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently A proactive, solution-oriented approach to data challenges Fluency in English Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Microsoft Fabric workloads such as Pipelines, Dataflows, and Notebooks Exposure to Power BI Embedded solutions Advanced data modelling and transformation capabilities Familiarity with Data & AI platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, German language knowledge Experience working in a Fintech organisation delivering solutions to financial institutions   What we offer you:   At FIS, you can learn, grow and make an impact in your career.
