Wir suchen derzeit einen Systems Support Analyst II (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Teams an unserem Standort in Frankfurt .   Über das Team & Rolle: Du bist Teil eines Teams, das in einem modernen und internationalen Umfeld für die täglichen Geschäfte von 14 internationalen Banken verantwortlich ist. Neben Transaktionen und Verarbeitungen in Realtime, nehmen im Bankenumfeld auch sog. Batchverarbeitungen einen großen und wichtigen Anteil ein, u.a. im Bereich Zahlungsverkehr und beim Tagesabschluss. Deine Aufgabe ist die Sicherstellung dieses Batchbetriebs und die Weiterentwicklung im Rahmen von Kundenanforderungen und gesetzlichen Änderungen. Was Du tun wirst: Run The Bank Erstellen und Ausführen von Jobs und Job-Netzen im Rahmen der Batchverarbeitung Überwachung des Ablaufs und Analyse etwaiger Störungen und Ergebnisse Ausführung des Tagesabschlusses (EoD) Identifizieren und Lösen von auftretenden Problemen und Abbrüchen bei der Verarbeitung Ausführen von Aufträgen in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden Untersuchung von Konfigurationsproblemen Bereitschaftsdienst Change The Bank Ständige Weiterentwicklung der Batchverarbeitung hinsichtlich neuer Anforderungen Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse Planung und Durchführung von Software-Rollouts Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen durch Batch-Ausführung und Batch-Support Unterstützung und Teilnahme an Projekten Was Du mitbringst: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position Erfahrung in der Batch-Job-Verarbeitung (verwendetes Tool = UC4 / Automic) Erfahrung in der Verwendung von UNIX/LINUX auf Shell-Ebene Kenntnis des ITIL Frameworks Erfahrung im Finanz- und/oder Bankensektor von Vorteil Ausgeprägte Kundenservice- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit Spaß an neuen Herausforderungen und an der Analyse von Problemen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was wir Dir bieten: Bei FIS kannst Du lernen, Dich weiterentwickeln und Deine Karriere vorantreiben.
