About the role: As a Business Systems Analyst Specialist, you’ll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.   About the team: As part of a dedicated team supporting a major client within the payments sector you will provide in-depth technical support and guidance. What you will be doing: Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency. ·Providing specialised technical support for payment schemes and channels ·Selecting hardware, software and vendors. Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct. What you will need: Solid, proven experience with Australian payment channels and platforms including sound experience working with debit schemes and authorisation Sound technical skills with payment operations, scheme fees Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
