What You’ll Be Doing Lead with Purpose Inspire and guide a team of risk and compliance specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive Operational Risk Excellence Oversee the design and execution of risk frameworks, control testing, and remediation plans to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Ensure Pricing Integrity Direct the pricing verification process to validate pricing accuracy, transparency, and adherence to valuation policies across fixed income products. Oversee the Valuation Committee Chair and manage the Valuation Committee, ensuring pricing methodologies are rigorously reviewed, validated, and approved in line with governance standards. Champion Strategic Change Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, automated solutions that strengthen controls and enhance client confidence. Engage as a Trusted Advisor Communicate risk insights and compliance updates to senior stakeholders and clients, positioning LSEG as a leader in governance and pricing integrity. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related functions within financial services. Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and valuation processes. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing, inclusive teams. Experience managing strategic programs and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Career Stage: Director Compensation/Benefits Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $156,600 - $261,000. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
