Role Profile SE PMO role will report into a PMO Lead role and will support the SE Delivery function. SE PMO will support the Delivery Team in the management of the programme against >€15m annual budget across LTD and SA business lines. The role will support the SE Programme Delivery function and work with key internal stakeholders including the Securities Portfolio Office, Operations, Shared Services, Risk, Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance and track against key project pillars Cost, Quality and Time. Key Responsibilities Tracking Project Forecasts and Actual Spend across Capex/Opex Budgets as per the LSEG Financial Cycle Resource tracking and budgetary validation against the programme allocations Produce program management periodic reporting to senior stakeholders working in tandem with the Project Delivery Team and Business Delivery Tracking progress against plan, managing risk, issues and dependencies. Facilitation, tracking and production of Steering Committee artefacts and board presentations. Assist Business Delivery managers in ensuring programme management best practices are adopted across the programme. Production of standardized and consistent programme artefacts. Ensure Governance is adhered to across the programme.  Tracking and escalating where required. Supports process standardisation by identifying gaps and contributing ideas for more consistent use of tools, templates, and methodologies across projects. Candidate Profile / Key Skills 5- years PMO experience in a portfolio, project or programme management environment. Qualified in Project Management or in IT field Attention to detail with follow through to make sure projects are run effectively Demonstrates a proactive and open mindset towards process improvements and efficiency Proven ability to operate effectively with other functions and external teams Has worked in a similar role in a Clearing House (Equities) or an investment bank and can demonstrate a working knowledge of the similar processes used there relating to projects, their finances, resource allocation and overall project control Has a detailed understanding of projects cost forecasting and tracking Clear and concise communication Diligent and clear in all reporting both internally and externally Structured Governance and Control implementation Executive report writing Time management and prioritization, balances multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Adaptability and resilience, able to shift priorities while maintaining focus to the deadlines Financial forecasting and tracking Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Project and PowerPoint Career Stage: Senior Associate London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
