Role Profile An exciting opportunity at LSEG for a Lead QA Engineer within Content & Feeds Technology!**   Role Summary Join a highly collaborative, multi-functional software QA team responsible for functional testing, performance testing, and data validation across diverse technologies. This strategic role will work within a scrum team while owning integration testing coordination across multiple scrum teams.   What You'll Be Doing Quality Leadership  Lead end-to-end quality assurance activities from planning to execution and analysis Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and coverage  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members   Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with divisional standards Establish testing frameworks for functional, non-functional, and integration testing Collaborate with Solution Architects and BAs to clarify requirements and testing approaches   Technical Execution Implement and maintain robust test automation frameworks Conduct thorough functional and non-functional testing Lead complex end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems Design and execute performance testing scenarios   Stakeholder Management Communicate testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges Present quality insights and recommendations to leadership   Required Skills & Experience 10+ years' experience in Software QA or Development Engineering Demonstrated experience implementing comprehensive test strategies Strong automation expertise with excellent Python programming skills Proficiency with SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git version control Proven ability to establish quality metrics and drive improvements Experience with project management tools (Jira or Azure DevOps Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities   Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing AI-driven testing solutions Cloud testing experience (Azure, AWS) with relevant certifications Knowledge of financial markets or financial information systems Experience with TestRail and Confluence Background in performance engineering or security testing is a plus Career Stage: Senior Associate London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Information: Join us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
