Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance data quality and standardization. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring. Support automation initiatives and AI-driven processes for data research and validation. Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IT, or related field. 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Capital Markets, including securities, instruments, and market operations. Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and reporting tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and data visualization tools Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on automation and integration projects.
