About the Role: You will join a dynamic development team as a Senior Developer, contributing to a Greenfield project designed to enhance our existing financial services platform. In this role, you will actively participate in a comprehensive development process, including backlog grooming and refinement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that adhere to high engineering standards, ensuring robustness through the creation of thorough unit and integration test cases. What You Will Do: Develop and deliver robust, high-quality Java applications using Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, and Hibernate. Ensure application security by implementing OAuth, JWT, and Spring Security best practices. Write clean, testable code and create comprehensive unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito. Develop and consume RESTful web services, ensuring security and performance meet enterprise standards. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Utilize UML and apply SOLID principles and Design Thinking to build scalable, maintainable systems. Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Continuously learn, experiment with new tools and frameworks, and contribute ideas to improve team processes. What you bring: Overall 10+ Years of experience in JAVA. An experienced Java developer with a solid foundation in Core Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and SQL/PLSQL, capable of delivering enterprise-grade applications. Proven expertise in designing and developing microservices architectures that emphasize scalability and maintainability. Confident in working with authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth, JWT, and Spring Security. Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following the Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology, with demonstrated expertise using JUnit and Mockito frameworks. A creative problem solver who embraces Design Thinking and adheres to SOLID principles to ensure sustainable software design. An effective collaborator and communicator, skilled at working closely with diverse teams and sharing expertise to achieve common goals. Possesses exceptional problem-solving skills and is committed to delivering efficient, well-optimized solutions.
