Wir suchen derzeit motivierte Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) in unserem Service Center am Standort in Nürnberg. Unser Team Das Team ist verantwortlich für qualitativ hochwertige Services für unsere Kunden aus dem Finanz- und Bankensektor. Wir helfen und unterstützen uns gegenseitig, pflegen einen stets freundlichen und konstruktiven Umgang miteinander. Nur so können wir gewährleisten, dass wir auch den Kunden unserer Kunden bestens zu helfen wissen. Als Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) übernimmst Du folgende Tätigkeiten in unserem Service Center: Telefonische Betreuung der Interessenten und Bestandskunden renommierter Auftraggeber aus dem Bankensektor Selbstständige Klärung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Korrespondenz und sonstigen Vorgängen (z.B. von der Kontoeröffnung bis zur –Schließung) Du passt zu uns, wenn Du: Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und mit Backoffice-Tätigkeiten hast Kommunikationsstark und teamfähig bist Eine hohe Dienstleistungs- und Serviceorientierung vorweisen kannst und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden hast Gerne telefonierst und die Wichtigkeit eines guten Telefonats verstehst Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift beherrschst Gute allgemeine PC-Kenntnisse (z.B. MS-Office) besitzt Kein Muss, aber Pluspunkte sind: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Erste Erfahrungen im Bankensektor Gute Grundkenntnisse in Englisch   Was wir Dir bieten: Einen vielfältigen, verantwortungsvollen Job mit einem breiten Spektrum an Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten.
