Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable About the Role Join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in handling billing and revenue processes for global clients. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to experience fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact business success. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day billing for multiple service lines and ensure timely invoicing for new and existing customers. Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to supervise contracts and maintain accurate records. Prepare credit notes, re-bills, and distribute billing documents promptly. Support month-end processes, including revenue accruals and reporting. Respond to ad-hoc finance requests and assist with audits. Drive process improvements and contribute to system testing and upgrades. Mentor junior team members and develop cross-functional learning. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Find opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Participate in projects that shape the future of our billing systems and processes. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a relevant degree or professional qualification. At least 2 years of accounting experience, including 1 year in Accounts Receivable within a large organization. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Oracle finance systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively. Flexibility to work UK hours. A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
