Purpose:   Own the vision and strategy for the enterprise learning ecosystem, ensuring platforms, systems, and processes enable a skills‑based, data‑driven and future‑focused learning culture. Lead the development of a coherent, scalable, and globally consistent digital learning infrastructure supported by strong governance and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the development, optimisation, and integration of learning and skills platforms (LMS/LXP) and associated tools – including content authoring tools - ensuring seamless user experience, accessibility for all learners, and effective alignment with HR systems. Drive the responsible and scalable adoption of AI, automation, and emerging learning technologies to enhance efficiency, personalisation, and the overall learner experience Mentors and manages a diverse team by providing continuous feedback, ensures they have professional development opportunities and sets clear performance expectations. Leverage skills data and learning analytics to identify capability gaps, guide programme and platform enhancements, and demonstrate enterprise‑level ROI through regular skills gap analyses Builds strong partnerships with stakeholders to ensure alignment, adoption, and impact of learning initiatives, underpinned by effective governance, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement. Oversee governance, vendor management, and continuous improvement of learning technologies and infrastructure, ensuring vendor partnerships deliver high‑quality, scalable learning solutions that meet organisational needs. Technical / Job Functional Knowledge Deep experience in learning technology management and platform optimisation in large organisations. Strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, integrations, and data analytics. Proven track record of implementing and scaling learning infrastructure and tools.
