Wir suchen einen Senior Network Analyst (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung des Systems Management Teams am Standort Frankfurt. Über die Rolle: Du bist verantwortlich für das Design der internen Netze und die Anbindung an unsere Kunden. Mit Cisco und ASA Konfigurationen kennst du dich aus. Du beherrscht MS-Visio und kannst Netzwerkdiagramme erstellen. Du arbeitest mit Kunden zusammen und setzt ihre Anforderungen um. Über das Team: Das System Management Team ist verantwortlich für den fehlerfreien und stabilen Betrieb unserer Systeme und Kernbanken-Applikationen, die wir im Full-Outsourcing für mehrere Banken betreiben. Was Du tun wirst: Vorbereiten von Gerätekonfigurationen, interne Betriebssystem-Upgrades und Software-Upgrades Erstellen von Changes für Netzwerkänderungen. Anpassung des Monitorings in unserem Tool Zabbix. Durchführen von dokumentierten Prozessen und Verfahren für Netzwerkdienste Identifizieren von Lücken in Prozessen u. Dokumentationen, sowie identifizieren von potentiellen Verbesserungen Überwachen und Lösen aller Netzwerkproblem- und Incident Tickets Erfüllen von Kundendienstaufgaben und Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen Reisen ins Rechenzentrum (bei Bedarf), um Geräte zu installieren / zu verkabeln / zu konfigurieren Erstellen von Aktivitätsberichten Aufrechterhaltung des Inventars von Netzwerklabors und Geräten Was Du mitbringst: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Bachelor-Abschluss (ideal: Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder einer entsprechenden Kombination aus Ausbildung, Training oder Berufserfahrung. Kenntnisse von Netzwerktechnologien, d.h. Router, Switches, Load Balancer, Firewalls, Netzwerk- und Routing-Protokolle, DNS Kenntnisse von grundlegenden IT-Technologien, d.h. Betriebssysteme, Netzwerkgeräte, Softwareentwicklung und Architektur. Kenntnisse der grundlegenden MS Office Tools, insbesondere Excel und Visio.
