Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled 8+ years of experience, Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and database technologies like SQL Server and CosmosDB to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend and backend development experience and will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring best coding practices, security, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead UI/UX design efforts, defining layouts and optimizing user experiences. - Develop and manage React.js and React Native applications, ensuring responsive UI development. - Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG). - Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Develop and maintain SQL Server and CosmosDB databases, ensuring data integrity and scalability. - Manage database versioning and migrations using Liquibase. - Ensure best practices in asynchronous programming, RESTful API development, and event driven architecture. - Optimize application performance and monitor system behaviour using appropriate monitoring tools. - Lead debugging, testing, and batch processing tasks. - Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. - Define ETAs for deliverables and manage JIRA. Preferred Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development with expertise in React.js, Node.js, Next.js and React Native - Strong knowledge of SQL Server and CosmosDB, including query optimization and schema design. - Experience with Liquibase for database migrations and version control. - Strong understanding of design patterns, coding principles, and performance optimization techniques. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and agile methodologies. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to define clear ETAs for tasks. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
