We are seeking a talented, motivated, and creative Manager for our Solutions Analyst tea m based in Bangalore . This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse, high-performing team to construct and execute a vision of how Clarivate Content processing systems will function and grow for years to come.       About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent degree At least 7 Years of Relevant Experience in Business/Solutio n analysis   Proven ability to manage/lead/motivate teams   It would be great if you also had . . .   Successful coordination of large-scale, multi-facetted technical analysis   Experience in creation of E2E business process solutions  and development projects Atleast 7 years of experience in JIRA and Confluence/ AWS / Process Automation Exposure in AI assisted analysis or development/ New product/ green-field development projects   Thriving in an environment where the BA drives SDLC from Ideation through requirements/specifications, supports dev & QA, supports UAT, supports/guides business implementation What will you be doing in this role?     Provide active consultation to stakeholders in the development of business cases and in the feature prioritization and development of scope for each quarter at portfolio level.    Maintain an awareness of initiatives across the portfolio and business to identify synergies and opportunities.    Lead discussions and drive solution design/architecture for complex projects to ensure requirement alignment and implementation of effective data models and structures.    Support team when encountering difficult negotiations between Product and Development teams when resolving complex or large initiatives, i.e. scope, timeline, resources, capacity, etc.     Ensure team is utilizing best practices in solution design and development.    Build deep understanding of existing solutions to influence and consult on new or evolving business needs.      Management Responsibilities:   Manage a team of colleagues.    Lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.    Establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives ; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.    Understand and explain policies, practices and procedures within immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.     Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage and promote colleague success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.    Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing decisions for the team.      About the team Our Clarivate team of Solutions analysts act as the never- center of our development/delivery teams.  We are though-leaders embedded in delivery teams supporting content technology for a large variety of publishing, academic and scientific domains .   The Content SA team consists of 25 exceptionally talented and dedicated Solution Analysts located in India, Serbia , UK and US all reporting into two for Solutions Analysis managers, each aligned with a particular business vertical (Sciences & Intellectual Property) .        Hours of Work      Fulltime position, 45 hrs. per week.
