Role Profile The Advisor - Employee Services, supports the People Services & Solutions team by delivering high-quality HR administration and employee services. This role is responsible for resolving queries, providing information, and supporting systems administration to ensure a seamless employee experience. Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding People policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements. Advise colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle. Generate employment documents and maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection legislation Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data processing. Work closely with other People Functions (e.g., Benefits, TA) to support and processes and administrative tasks Provide Workday support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective resolutions to collaborators Support onboarding process for new joiners Qualification and Experience: Experience in HR, consulting, or related fields, with a focus on HR systems, operations, or employee relations Strong attention to detail, process orientation and focus on task prioritisation Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow Solid understanding of People policies and procedures Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish; knowledge of Romanian or Italian is an advantage Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, adhering to established processes Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel Flexibility and ability to multitask, especially during peak HR activity periods, and adapt to changing priorities YOUR PACKAGE WHEN JOINING GDYNIA TEAM:   Bonus: bonus plan assigned to every position   Wellbeing : monthly wellness and work-from-home allowance, and employee assistance program  Lunch card : meal allowance on personal lunch card provided monthly  Healthcare : private medical care with Medicover, premium package fully covered by employer and life insurance with Generali   Future : corporate pension plan supported by Fidelity International offering additional 5% of base salary to invest in selected funds, and LSEG Employee Share Purchase plan available  Reward and Recognition : additional awards and vouchers available for extra achievements  Referral : Bonus between 8,000 to 10,000 PLN for successful recommendation of a new colleague  Development : E-learning platforms access with a range of training and certified courses  LSEG Products : availability to access to real-time economic data through our flagship Workspace platform  Diversity : Inclusive culture built by colleagues from over 40 countries representing various age, gender, race, and beliefs  Charity : 2 additional days off for voluntary jobs  Office : brand new, sustainable office with cafeteria and chillout space. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł100,700 - zł159,300. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
