We are hiring experienced and Trainee Bus Drivers in Bootle! As a Bus Driver with Arriva, you will be at the heart of your community! Competitive Pay Rates Merseyside Trainees( Bootle, Greenlane, St Helens, Runcorn, Speke, Southport, Birkenhead): Monday to Friday - £14.52 per hour (rising to £17:63 after 12 months) Saturday & Sunday - £18.15 per hour (Rising to £22.04 per hour after 12 months) Bank Holiday - £21.88 (Rising to £26.45 per hour after 12 months) Overtime: Flat rate Experienced PCV:( Bootle, Greenlane, St Helens, Runcorn, Speke, Southport, Birkenhead) Monday to Friday: £17.63 per hour, Saturday & Sunday: £22.40 per hour Bank Holiday: £26.45 per hour Overtime: Flat rate Perks: Extra shifts available Ongoing CPC training and paid PCV training if you’re a Trainee Opportunities to progress into management or Driver Training Top drivers can earn a £50 voucher through the Mydrive app Free bus travel for you and household family members Work Hours: 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance so you can plan around shifts. Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons start from 12:00 and Evenings from 18:00 on a rotational basis. We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon or evenings separately. Overtime available at request / availability. Requirements: Experienced Drivers: Hold a valid PCV license Trainees: No license needed—we provide all training! Have at least 12 months driving experience with no more than 6 points on your licence Pass a drug/alcohol test, flexible for shifts, and customer service oriented.
