We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist for the A&G Sales Operations team in Belgrade. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience 2 Years of relevant experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales At least 1 year of experience working with Salesforce It would be great if you also had . . .    Working experience with change management and rolling out process workflows What will you be doing in this role?   Assist with day-to-day management and maintenance of Sales Enablement platform (Allego) and other sales platforms as needed.  Maintain and organize sales content libraries to ensure materials are current, accurate, and easy to access.   Support tracking and reporting on Sales Enablement platform (Allego) usage to drive adoption and identify areas for improvement.  Contribute to the delivery of sales enablement materials, such as guides, toolkits, and training decks.  Provide administrative support, coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications for onboarding programs and live training events, including Sales Kick Offs.   Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and drive alignment with sales enablement needs and priorities.  Assist in the creation and formatting of training materials, toolkits, and best practice guides.   Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and suggesting enhancements to enablement processes.  About the Team     The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in enabling the sales organization through analytics, systems management, and process improvement. They manage key initiatives such as sales training, change management, and large-scale events like Sales Kick-Offs, while driving projects related to Salesforce and iQuest. With deep knowledge of sales methodology and business processes, the team partners closely with leadership to enhance efficiency, support enablement, and deliver impactful solutions across the organization.
