Competitive Pay Rates Trainees: Darlington / Durham / Redcar / Whitby & Stockton: 0-6 months £12.60ph 6-18 months £13.00ph 18+ months £15.00ph (+ weekend enhancement) Ashington / Blyth: 0-12 months £13.25ph 12-24 months £13.55ph 24+ months £15.40ph (+ weekend enhancement) Experienced PCV (2 years experience within the last 5 years): Darlington / Durham / Redcar / Whitby & Stockton: 0-6months £13.00ph 6+ months £15.00ph (+ weekend enhancement) Ashington / Blyth: 0-6 months £13.55ph 6+ months £15.40ph (+ weekend enhancement) Perks: Extra shifts available Ongoing CPC training and paid PCV training if you’re a Trainee Opportunities to progress into management or Driver Training Top drivers can earn a £50 voucher through the Mydrive app Free bus travel for you and household family members Work Hours: Rotating shifts, 5 out of 7 days, scheduled in advance 1 in 3 weekends off, with a long weekend every six weeks Overtime available on request Requirements: Experienced Drivers: Hold a valid PCV license Trainees: No bus license needed—we provide all training! Have at least 6 months driving experience with no more than 6 points on your licence Pass a drug/alcohol test, flexible for shifts, and customer service oriented.
