About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise application development, with 3 years in a leadership role. Expertise in: IT Service Management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow); Workday integrations and HRIS systems; Marketing automation and CRM tools; Legal, Risk, and Compliance technologies Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures. It would be great if you also had Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday HCM, Qualtrics, PowerBI) Familiarity with data privacy, SOX, GDPR, and other compliance frameworks. Certification in Agile, PMP, or ITIL is a plus. What will you be doing in this role: Lead and mentor multiple development teams across corporate systems domains. Define and execute development roadmaps aligned with business priorities and enterprise architecture.  Oversee design, development, and deployment of internal applications and integrations. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of systems supporting ITSM, HR, Marketing, and GRC functions. Drive automation, standardization, and modernization of legacy platforms. Partner with HR, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and IT Operations to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure systems adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Implement robust change management and release processes.
